Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns on un worn items in their original packaging with tags attached. You must let us know you wish to returns any unworn/unused items within 14 days of receipt of your goods, you then have a further 14 days to return to us. 

Returns are carefully inspected & goods that have signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. 

We do not currently offer a free returns service. You can forward your items back to us using your chosen shipping method (advise a tracked service) or we can provide you a prepaid label which costs £2.95. Should a label be provided, the cost of this will be deducted from your refund.
